There are several ways to find a job for the coming summer.
CIEE HIRE
The jobs offered on the CIEE Hire are mainly for smaller companies. Usually one CIEE representative is authorized to hire students for the employers in one region. Before the meeting you’ll have information about the regions, the positions, the hourly wages and the accommodation. You’ll have a really good chance to find an offer that fits you best.
JOB FAIR
Job Fair is meeting with American employers, organized by Usit Colours and our partner CIEE. Big companies are coming to Bulgaria to meet with you and to sign job offers. Usually these companies need hundreds of employees for the summer – hotel chains, amusement and national parks. Some of the employers who came in previous years are: Yellowstone National Park, Westmark Alaska, The Broadmoor Hotels, PMG, Morey’s Piers, Playday Amusement, Bush Gardens, Gold Dredge, Gold Key etc
SOFIA March 14th
VIRTUAL HIRE
This is another way to find a job for the summer, offered by CIEE. The interviews are conducted online, from Usit’ office. You’ll have preliminary information about the positions offered.
JOB DIRECT
Job Direct is online based system with hundreds of jobs. You’ll have to fill a CV in the system and apply for the positions you are interested in.
Virtual Hire - 29 february - 3 march
SELF ARRANGED
This is the cheapest, but hardest way to find a job for the coming summer. Except for those who have friend who can send them job offer.
You can apply for job via internet, but be aware that it’s possible to send hundreds of e-mails and CVs, before getting a replay. For your safety each self arranged employer is checked by our partner CIEE. For more information on how to find a job alone, please contact our WAT consultants.
