How to enrol in WATwithUS and which are the next steps?
Registration and Enrolment
You can register for the program online or in our office free of charge. After receiving the approval e-mail, you are welcome to come to our office to enroll. The documents you have to provide are as follows:
- Students Record Book;
- Students certificate;
- 1 passport size photo /and an additional one if you still do not have an ISIC card/;
- International Passport / the original and a copy of the pages, containing personal information or visas/;
- copy of your previous J1 visa if it is not in the current passport;
- 150 USD deposit which is part of the program fee.

Finding a job offer
There are several ways to find a job:
- self-arranged option: you search for your job offer via the Internet or with the help of your friends and sign a contract with an US employer. After you have found a job your employer has to fill this form;
- with the support of our partner CIEE – prior enrolment in Usit’ office required. The options are:
- through meetings with American employers – Job Fair and CIEE Hire
- through online interviews in our office – Virtual Hire
- through Internet based system with hundreds of jobs – Job Direct
Submitting DS 2019 documents and program full payment
After you have arranged your employment in the USA you have to come to our office so we can fill out and submit your work permit documents. That is the time when you have to pay the balance of your program fee together with the SEVIS fee.
DS 2019 without a prearranged job
If you are sure about the dates you will be able to work in the US, you can have your DS 2019 issued even before you have a secured job. Please have in mind that this option is available only until March 1st.
Flight arrangements
You can book your flight when you are submitting documents for issuing DS 2019. As sooner - as better - you not only save time for visiting our office once again, but you will get better prices for your most desirable travel dates. When you are booking a flight you have to pay the ticket deposit in the amount of 100 Euro.
Visa interview
As a participant in WAT with US you will receive our complimentary Visa Service Pack, which will save you time and money.

Airline ticket and orientation
Pay the rest of the price and get your ticket. You have to also take part in an online orientation conducted by CIEE representatives. You will get general information regarding the rules and details of your program in the USA.
