Varna Airport
You can easily reach Varna airport using the Hemus highway (A2) which connects Varna and Sofia. The exit for the airport is about 7 km from the exit of Varna. If you travel to Albena, Golden Sands and Balchik, you should follow highway A2, East through the city center, and then turn North on highway E87. If you turn South on highway E87, you will head to Burgas and Sozopol.

By Taxi
A taxi from the airport to the city center costs about 6 lev. We strongly recommend that you check the price per kilometer for the chosen taxi. The travel to the city center takes about 15 minutes.
By Bus
A regular bus line 409 connects the airport with the city center and the nearby summer resort Golden Sands. The bus departs from the stop in front of the VIP room every 15 minutes between 5:45 and 23:00 every day. Tickets are sold only in the bus, and the price depends on the distance that will be traveled.
