Transportation to the City

 

By Car

The London Luton Airport is easily accessible from anywhere in the country and is located near highway M1 and M25. It is only 30 minutes from North London, 15 minutes from the M25 and 5 minutes from the M1. The airport is only 3 km from highway M1. From the M1 you can reach junction 10. The way to the airport is clearly indicated by traffic signs.

 

By Taxi

The parking lots for the taxi are located in front of the terminal building. They are fully accessible for people with physical disabilities. The London Luton Airport is served by two companies:

By Bus

London Luton Airport is served by regular buses connecting the airport with the nearby areas. For more information please click here. Bay City buses 8 and 9 are regular bus services connecting the airport with the nearby areas. You can use also the city buses of Centrebus from and to the airport.

Traveling by interurban transportation from London Luton Airport is very easy. London Luton Airport has excellent connections with the major cities in the country. The stations are located in front of the terminal building.

 

By Train

The regular daily services to Central London take only 25 minutes. There is a railway Shuttle Bus Bay 1 - A, regular, free transportation service to and from the main terminal, to and from Luton Airport station. The time duration of the trip is 5 minutes from the airport terminal building.
